Vision and Mission
At Cageria Initiatives Ltd (CIL), our vision is for quality of life to improve in Nigeria, comparable
to anywhere else in the world.
Our mission is to take initiatives aimed at improving the quality of life in the community and
society. One vital component of quality of life is the living environment. CIL’s residential estate
in Moniya Ibadan, Peace Haven, was conceived to make a better dwelling environment
accessible to more aspiring Nigerians, beyond the ultra-rich and the Lagos-based enclave such
environment has hitherto been largely restricted to. Further, we hope to inspire and provoke in
our city a culture of deliberately working to improve our living standards.

Pricing
